Membership & Service Fees

4.1 Initial Membership Fee ₹353

The customer may initially purchase a Flying India Membership for ₹353.

The ₹353 payment is the applicable Membership fee for activation of the customer's Membership and access to the benefits and services specified for the applicable Membership period.

Payment of ₹353 does not constitute loan approval, loan sanction, loan disbursement or any guarantee of obtaining a loan.

4.2 Advanced Financial Consultancy & Application Assistance

After the initial Membership and preliminary profile assessment, where the customer chooses to proceed with detailed financial consultancy and application assistance, Flying India may charge an additional service fee as an Advanced Financial Consultancy & Application Assistance service charge.

The service may include, as applicable:

  • Detailed customer profile review;
  • Review of financial and loan-related information;
  • Documentation guidance;
  • Assessment of applicable financial-product requirements;
  • Application preparation assistance;
  • Assistance in identifying potentially relevant Lending Partners;
  • Application-related coordination and follow-up;
  • Assistance with queries arising during the application process.

4.3 No Loan Approval Guarantee

Payment of either ₹353 Membership fee or Advanced Financial Consultancy & Application Assistance fee does not guarantee:

  • Loan approval;
  • Loan sanction;
  • Any particular loan amount;
  • Any particular interest rate;
  • Any particular repayment tenure;
  • Loan disbursement; or
  • Approval by any particular bank, NBFC or Lending Partner.

Final approval and loan terms remain subject to the concerned Lending Partner's eligibility criteria, verification, underwriting process and final decision.

4.4 Service Fee Is Not a Bank/NBFC Compulsory Fee

The amount charged by Flying India under this clause is not to be represented as a compulsory bank fee, NBFC fee, government fee or lender approval fee, unless the applicable charge is separately and expressly imposed by the relevant institution and disclosed as such.

Flying India employees, telecallers and representatives must not tell a customer that:

“Service fee is a compulsory bank fee,”
“Service fee is required by the bank/NBFC,” or
“Payment of service fee guarantees loan approval.”

Such statements are not authorised unless supported by an applicable written document from the relevant institution.

4.5 Separate Lending Partner Charges

Any genuine charge imposed directly by a bank, NBFC or other Lending Partner shall be separate from Flying India's service charge.

Where applicable, such charge should be communicated to the customer with the relevant purpose and payment recipient before payment, subject to the policies and requirements of the concerned institution.

4.6 Customer Consent Before Service Fee Payment

Before collecting the service fee payment, Flying India should clearly disclose:

  1. The amount payable;
  2. The name of the service – Advanced Financial Consultancy & Application Assistance;
  3. The services covered;
  4. That the payment is a Flying India service charge;
  5. That payment does not guarantee loan approval;
  6. That final loan approval depends on the relevant Lending Partner; and
  7. The applicable refund/cancellation terms.

The customer may proceed with the payment only after being provided with the applicable payment information and service terms.

4.7 No Hidden Fee

Flying India shall not knowingly represent the service charge as a hidden bank/NBFC charge or introduce an undisclosed mandatory payment.

Any additional service or third-party charge, where applicable, shall be disclosed separately in accordance with the applicable terms.
